When You’re Down Turn it Around

The other day I began to think about what makes a person who they are. Part of it is pure genetics, but the other, your environment. The weird part is that you can expose two people to the same environment and get two completely different personalities (I think that is where genetics comes in).

So, after pondering that for about 30 minutes I made up a list of things people should think about when they feel really down.

1. It could be worst, yes it’s true. I mean think about it you could be dead.

2. What can I do to make this better, don’t give up.

3. What got me into this situation? Learn from your mistakes, if you don’t then you’re not growing.

That’s the main three things I thought about. Remember, sometimes we’re so bothered that you have to figure out the main problem. We might direct our worries else where or blame. Figure out your main objective and then fix it.
